Signol is a software app that combines operational data analytics with behavioural science and targeted employee feedback to substantially reduce costs, improve the environment, and increase worker wellbeing. In a scientific study with Virgin Atlantic Airlines, Signol demonstrated that targeted feedback to captains resulted in fuel savings of over $6.1 million and 25,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions whilst also increasing job satisfaction through charitable donations.

Trace Planet works to promote environmental regeneration as a key solution to slow down climate change, engaging communities and organisations to transition from an extractive to a regenerative mindset, and to trigger behavioural change that leads to measurable impact. They do this through research, education and developing multi-stakeholder coalitions for regeneration, always using the fashion industry as an entry point to create change.

Founded by Thomas Gent, a fourth generation regenerative farmer from South Lincolnshire, Gentle Farming was set up to help encourage more farmers to become regenerative. They do this through the quantification of the amount of soil carbon a farmer is sequestering into their soils. These quantifications are certified to international standards and can be sold as carbon offsets, helping to encourage farmers to change practices and de-risk their transition.
